You are able to experience and aquire a piece of history in our store in the heart of Munich. Because of our years of experience, good contacts and many travels, we can offer a wide range as good as new, often not worn and best conditioned watches of different epochs of the horology.

Where we are

Over 30 years now we are in the Prannerstr. 4 directly next to the hotel Bayerischer Hof in the centrum of Munich.

Who we are

We have a family business with many traditions and watchmakers back zo the 6th generation.

Some history

The 1th and 2th generation were watchmakers and goldsmiths and possibily had to work hard with large Ironclocks. The 3th generation already own a store next to Munich. Until the 4th generation -all watchmakers- mainly worked with new watches and clocks.

Present Time

First the 5th generation, Norbert Eder, specialised on antique pocketwatches and pendulumclocks and later on high quality wristwatches. His passion is the same as ever -pocketwatches mith special technical characteristics. The book -Beobachtungsuhren- written by N. Eder as well as many articles in sundry magazines about Lange & Söhne Glashütte and many typs of watches, proof his vaned knowledge.
The workshop became larger and more extensive. So he couldn’t resist the rush of his customers and the demand of repairing watches. Although his wife helped and supported him, help was need. And....after 6 years of studying watchmaker his son Thomas Eder was ready to help him out.

He is now the 6th generation of the watchmakers. He got educated within 4 years at the most famous watchmaker school of the world, in La-Chaux-de-Fonds (Swiss Jura) and 2 years in the watchmuseum to an antique watchmaker. Thomas Eder got honored with many diploms an now runs the store in the Prannerstrasse with a lot of effort and engagement.
